Limited Warranty

Coverage

ProStrux LLC (ProStrux) warrants that its safety products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase. If a valid warranty claim is received within the warranty period, ProStrux will, at its discretion, replace the defective product with a new or equivalent product. Replacement items are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, abuse, improper installation, or modification
• Normal wear and tear
• Exposure to chemicals, weather, or environmental conditions
• Use contrary to ProStrux installation instructions

This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ProStrux shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including labor costs, downtime, or loss of profits.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at Info@prostruxsolutions.com with the following:

• Proof of purchase
• Photos of the product
• Description of the issue

Once approved, ProStrux will issue a replacement authorization and provide shipping instructions. Claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
