Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Used or installed products cannot be returned due to safety and compliance regulations.

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be free of dirt, debris, or jobsite wear. Products showing signs of use, alteration, or environmental exposure are not eligible for return.

Inspection and Approval

All returns are subject to inspection and approval before credit is issued. Defective or damaged items upon arrival must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a ProStrux shipping error or defective product.

Bulk Orders

Orders exceeding 500 units may incur a 15% restocking fee. Partial returns are accepted only if full cases are unopened.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-labeled, special-order, or private-marked safety items
• Any product exposed to a jobsite environment or showing installation marks
